# Fix FortiClient VPN Connection Issues (Connecting / Not Configured)
If FortiClient VPN is stuck on **“Connecting”** or shows **“Not Configured”**, follow the steps below based on what you see.

## Issue #1 — VPN Stuck on “Connecting”
### Symptom
FortiClient appears to load endlessly without connecting.
### Fix Steps
1. Close the VPN window completely to cancel the connection attempt.
2. On the FortiClient main screen:
- Click the three horizontal lines (☰) to the right of the dropdown labeled **“FortressVPN”**.
- Click **Delete the selected connection** and confirm **Yes**.
3. Click **Configure VPN**.
4. Enter the details below:
#### VPN Details
- **Connection Name:** FR-East-Office or FR-West-Office
- **Description:** Front Row East Office or Front Row West Office
- **Remote Gateway:**
- East: https://freastvpn1.fortressbrand.com
- West: https://frwestvpn1.fortressbrand.com
✅ Make sure these are checked:
- **Customize port**
- **Enable Single Sign On (SSO) for VPN Tunnel**
5. Click **Save**
6. Click **Connect**
7. Sign in using Google with your Front Row email + complete 2-Step Verification (2FA)
🎉 You should now be connected.

## Issue #2 — VPN “Not Configured”
### Symptom
You open FortiClient and there is no profile configured.
### Fix Steps
1. Click **Configure VPN**
2. Enter the same VPN details:
- **Connection Name:** FR-East-Office or FR-West-Office
- **Description:** Front Row East Office or Front Row West Office
- **Remote Gateway:**
- East: https://freastvpn1.fortressbrand.com
- West: https://frwestvpn1.fortressbrand.com
✅ Check:
- **Customize port**
- **Enable Single Sign On (SSO) for VPN Tunnel**
3. Click **Save**
4. Click **Connect**
5. Sign in with your Front Row Google account + 2FA

## Still Stuck?
If you configured it but it still won’t connect, repeat the Issue #1 process:
- Delete the VPN profile
- Recreate it cleanly
