# Quick VPN Checklist (Before You Escalate)
Before contacting IT about VPN or remote access, run this checklist.

## 1) Are you offsite?
If yes: VPN is required for certain systems (example: Catapult).

## 2) Are you using FortiClient VPN?
Only FortiClient VPN is allowed for Front Row secure access.

## 3) Did you pick the correct gateway?
- East: https://freastvpn1.fortressbrand.com
- West: https://frwestvpn1.fortressbrand.com

## 4) Are these options enabled?
When configuring the profile:
- Customize Port ✅
- Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) ✅

## 5) Is Google login + 2FA working?
VPN authentication requires your Front Row Google credentials + 2FA.
---
## 6) If stuck on Connecting / Not Configured
Delete the VPN profile and recreate it using the official settings.
